I just wanted to make a suggestion to devs. There's an app called kawculater that a great resource for stat checking for this app. However whoever owns that app won't update it to include the new lands or buildings. My suggestion is maybe you guys should go ahead and pick the app up since it is a kaw resource shouldn't it be trademarked by you guys? I don't know how all that works. I don't know about anyone else but if kaw takes the app over and updates it Ild still use it. Even if you need to make money on it. Ild buy it. It's kinda a good tool to check builds for this game. Just hope it helps. It makes me mad to see it just sitting and missing lands and stats some people I read on the review say they dumped the app because it's not being upgraded so it's useless as of now. Anyone once again just trying to help. Happy Kawing .
A.S.A.P. Anyone can use use it to see how you want your stats before dropping a ton of gold then having to change. It does help a ton. I just wish it was updated.
For anyone that doesn't know what the kawculater is , it's an app for kaw. Shows you the map set ups low lands , high lands , hoarfrost lands. Without hitting ebs and getting gold you can set up all buildings how you like to see what the stats looks like. It's a great app and you can build multiple accounts for trial accounts. Up until now it's been a big help but the person who made the is not updating it allz seems like it's just an abandoned app now. It's stupid to let a useful tool like that for this app go to waist. I'm not sure how we can fix this other then devs taking the app over. I could suggest finding it in the App Store and emailing the developer of the app requesting it be updated. I've sent many emails and no word back yet. Maybe if we all show our interest it could save the app and have it updated for us all to use.
Yes! I frequently use kawculator. I've even made the future build of all my account on it. But with the lack of kawculator not updating for the abyss and buildings, it's putting a damper on me finding out my future stats
Awww man that be great, but you know that as soon as KAW picks it up they'll start charging for everything.
Just a thought and not trying to troll.......but why dont you just ask in wc? There are a ton of people who are glad to share their knowledge about the dynamics of this game....mods, vks and all those others that just enjoy helping people. Asking kaw to charge more for an already overpriced game is just crazy....
Endorsing games made by a third party is against ToU, even if it is a KaW-related app, by endorsing it you are still infringing the ToU.
I wouldn't say he's endorsing this app. He's just simply suggesting something. Endorsing would be telling us to go and use it. Plus, I'm pretty sure if it's kaw related, you can endorse it as this app has been suggested for use many times in the forums. Ex: people have posted YouTube links to videos about kaw. The thread didn't get locked bc the mods deemed it appropriate as it was about kaw.
I don't personally have experience updating apps but I've heard it is a major pain to do as the update has to be approved by apple. That and the new lands and building have not been out for that long of a time. Give the app developer time as he most likely has a job and only made that app as a hobby with spare time.
When HF came out, the lvl 1 buildings were put in the app shortly afterward. This is the longest it's taken for them to add building/upgrades if I'm not mistaken.
I don't believe I broke any rules by suggesting kaw devs look into it. It was just a suggestion also a lot of people use it like I said as a reference to stats for this app. It doesn't take anything away from this app but it actually is a fast way to see how you want your build. If I said something wrong I'm sure a mod would have pm me already. 3 years kaw member going on 4 I think I know the rules well enough.
