If you want to donate to Nepal, just do it. You don't need a fancy badge saying you're a good person. If you do need a badge to confirm you're a good person, you probably aren't a good person.
Exactly as has already been stated on this already. If you want to donate just do it on your own. It's great you are are trying to get the whole of kaw involved. If the devs wanted to implement this into the game they would already have thought of it.

I said before that I don't want a badge and since I don't have my own money from cards and stuff I can't have those badges but can we just DON'T have a badge at all? Like, have a plunder bonus that was just like br and stuff that are easy to get but it was just a little bonus? If devs really don't want to donate then I can't do anything about it...
I was talking to the op but if you dont have money to donate look after #1 1st anyway this thread shouldnt affect you.
I do believe that people want to donate just for the sake of an achievement is just stupid, but hey to each their own. At least someone is donating...
