Obama's Guide To Fancier Ads

Do you want your ad to look good? Do you want some things to pop out? This is the guide for you. Using this method makes your ads not only look sleeker, but generally bring in more people as well.

Ever since I joined KaW, I've seen people confused about how to create those big letters made up of many symbols you often see in ads, such as the following:

Notice how "WB" and "ON NOW" are not regular letters you type in a keyboard. They are made up of lots of special characters. The ones I use are:

Try to create an "A" (shown on the left) with the pieces following it!



Every time I create an ad for a clan, I use those symbols to create the main ideas. Other people have different symbols and different strategies to creating ads using special characters, but this is the most common way that I have seen.

These take a lot of time and effort to make and perfect, and that is one reason why I'm not going to be copying and pasting the whole alphabet onto this thread. The other reason is because I want you to use your creativity if you are planning to create these ads yourself.

When creating an ad, keep in mind the following things:
•Keep it short + simple
•Always use colorful emoji if available
•Keep to the theme of the clan (lettering, color scheme)

**WARNING** Make sure you go letter by letter, or else you may end up with a weird mess like the following:



Although this thread is relatively short, I hope it helped a few people with finding out how to create these kinds of ads. Good luck, future (or current) ad designers, clan owners, etc.

Thanks! I tried pretty hard to create a helpful thread, but there are some things that still need to be added.
