Brown nosing? So, Sean is super kind, thoughtful, and a positive figure in the community. He was rewarded for it. AJ is brilliant, and has created numerous alternative events in KAW that most of us lack the vision and skill to do. He has put hours upon hours into others enjoyment. He was rewarded for it. Moody (or 4S-Moody, as some of you may remember) is a respected community member. If you didn't know him, you haven't been around long enough. He's more of a moderator type player to me. He's helpful, smart and a quintessential ideal KAW player. And was rewarded for it. All are entitled to their opinion. But there is a lot of purposeful hurtful attempts going on here, and it is pathetic. Grow up. Recognize the acknowledgment by ATA and try to be a supporting community member...in your own way. If you know a deserving person, that may not be a very public face...write about him/her on Moose's thread. Developers read that thread. Show your respect. That is the only way to bring others good deeds to light.
I know a lot of kind, thoughtful players in Kaw who have been giving advice, time and gold to players longer than Sean183's two years. Just saying. Some of us choose to do this less publicly so no rewards for us. So what have you got to do to get VK? Make forum threads? That shouldn't be how VK is judged but I guess unless you do, kaw_community doesn't get to hear about it. I'll continue to give to the game and to the new players that cross my path in private. Well done for getting the achievement badge but some players have legacies that are worth much more to us. Players that we have mentored that still play to this day. That post gratitude on walls and who pop up in PM from time to time to say hi and thank you. That's a reward.
Queen - if that's a reward then why do you need a badge? Surely if you care enough to do all that you won't need a badge as recognition? Otherwise it just sounds like you're only doing it for the badge.
