If a player is active with the name you cannot simply take it. Kaw resets accounts after a x number of days inactive and only if the account has no pro packs.... Your argument is invalid.

My argument is that it may not have been available when she originally created her account. So you mam are the one who is overlooking the possibility I brought forth.
