Re: World Leaders - PBP Don't take this as me picking on you...But... I'm going to have to invalid that on the basis that it is very Overpowering. Research needs to be scientifically sound and is theoretically possible. IF EVERYONE can list their MILITARY/LAND OWNED/RESEARCH YOU HAVE COMPLETED, that would be beneficial to the game not having any hiccups. No. Nothing can be implied or left open. When you start, you give your opening statement, then you are allowed to move. If you did that, Mexico and UPAA's research would be invalid right now.

Re: World Leaders - PBP Technically, our technology was based off of bending light to 'cloak' objects. You could change your stealth into another technology that doesn't have anything to do with that.
