  5. My Utopia
    Land Mass : the land currently held by the Cascadia enterprise
    Borders : Closed for immigration. Open for business travel tourism.
    Government : Dictator (one that is not selfish and has his people's best interest in mind)
    Society : Modified communism. Your basic needs will be met and the more you add to society the more you get back. But there will only be two companies per product (So no monopolies or over saturation.
    Policing : Three levels
    Lvl 1: Weaponless patrollers that respond to basic problems and disputes.
    Lvl 2 : CIA/CSIS Type policing that review business and government operations.
    Lvl 3: Secret Black ops that remove problem people in the dead of night. You can't allow problems to get deep rooted.
