Clan Prices?

  1. A lot of clans are created everyday and most fail. How many of you think clan prices should be bumped up?

    I'm thinking 75bil a clan should be an investment there are those clans that are created for war purposes but the players creating those usually have plenty do do so.

    The price mentioned above is only a though and should there be additional requirements to create a clan? A set number of lands opened and built? A loyalty badge (120 days played?)

    Thoughts? Opinions?
     
  2. It would help slightly but, having a certain number of lands open or activity achievement doesnt mean you'll be a successful clan owner
     
  3. True but maybe it would help so many new clans from being created a good amount of players who are new join these clans and when they fail the new player usually quits
     
  4. I was about to say something along the same lines as Vayne.

    The first clan I joined in kaw was DREADFUL. After a couple of weeks of failing t1 I thought there must be more to this game than what I had seen, so I chanced another wc post and was thankfully picked up by a good bunch of ppl who then showed me the ropes. Im still here 2 years later.

    Have to wonder how many players kaw has lost due to the inability of its own player base. Helping to run a clan isnt for everyone but its important that those who have been around put a little bit of work in to bettering the experience for noobs.
     
  5. Can we have the devs monitor our sleep schedules, potty breaks and lunch hours as well so that we can make sure to maximize the number of active players to help clans.

  8. So many times the price of clans has been debated. It's still not changed. Yes it's too cheap. Yes something should be done. Suggest away .......... It won't change anything
     
  9. Its not the price the issue , we should be able to rename clans and sell. disbanding is useless
     
  10. Queen, OP also suggests a clan creator should have a certain number of kaw 'achievements' before being able to create a clan.

    This wouldnt really solve any problem though as there would be nothing to stop a clan being inherited by a well meaning noob somewhere down the line.
     
  11. Been suggested but ftr i agree should b very costly imo. 250b sounds good to me If ur not far enough in kaw to afford it then ur not far enough to lead a clan
     
  12. Yes but it will reduce the amount of noobs who get clans... It shouldn't be impossible, just harder to get a clan.

    They've been changed before so it's actually likely they will change them again. Clans used to cost 3billion as opposed to 25billion.

    At the current rate of growth (hte) 250billion sounds a good amount.

    When you think a middle aqua land is around 500b, 25b for a whole clan does seem pretty cheap these days.

  16. The minimum number of achievements before you can own a clan has already been suggested.

    Don't get me wrong. I can't stand to see clans with inexperienced owners failing ebs left right and centre. I would like this to change. With the amount of gold available on Kaw these days 25 bil is loose change and does in no way reflect the importance and responsibility clan ownership should.

    Make it 1T to buy a clan. But? You cry! 1T!!! Yes you heard me 1T. Stop these waste of space clans from littering Kaw.

  18. Make cost of clan based on the tier of ebs the clan wants to do. So for tier 1 ebs only, clan cost should be 25b.

    For each tier after that increase the cost. Tier 1-5 ebs should cost 250b without access to HTE. To have a tier 1-5 ebs clan HTE Should cost 350b. Each tier after HTE should cost an extra 150b per tier.

    This will do away with idiots opening clans and not been able to complete warbeasts without help.

    Make clan based on how noobish or experienced you want the clan to be

    If a player buys a tier 1 eb only clan and decides they want to change it up to a HTE clan, they should have 2 options. Upgrade clan, which will cost X amount + 25% or disband the current clan and start a new one.

    They could also hand it down to other noobs in clan starting out

  20. I would rather spend money to increase clan slots I think all clans should have 125 slots. 25b or 75b would not change the fact clans fail. It's tough to build a clan from start now the gap is too wide and far too time consuming. Even 75b is nothing in kaw now. Yesterday I spent 1t on two upgrades that took 4 Ebs max xtals and seal plus plunder bonus.
