I think he asking about the end bonus ie runs HTE technically each hit scores higher yet his plunder doesn't does his end bonus go up.

 

The way I understood op's question is: is there plunder bonus difference when you do the item phase of an eb (i.e. HTE) where your troops level is 0% as opposite to 100%. I doubt it but it's probably worth it to run a test.

 

I think he's asking if using potions as you attack an eb will you earn more gold cause you would be doing more damage.
