  1. we have upto level 2 banners only when will upgrades arrive ? I've messaged Devs many times no reply

  3. Asking for higher level banners. Please be considerate as not every player in the kawmunity speaks English

    And op I do not know, it comes down ultimately to the devs. All you can do is speculate and do what you did which contact them
