Being on a winning team matters.. Look at lbj. There was one year on the cavs where his co-leading scorer was MO WILLIAMS. Yet he made it to the eastern conference finals. THAT is an mvp. Carrying your team and making your team as a whole better. Anthony Davis has a way to go before he learns how to make his supporting cast winners. Right now steph is winning. To win he has to keep the level of play up, and warriors need to win the west. Next up is harden I believe, but if LBJ keeps up his play... That will be tough

All I have against Westbrook is that without durant he shoots as many shots as everyone else on the Thunder. His stats are so padded because he throws up 30-35 shots a game. That being said, he is still a great player able to do whatever is needed of him, as proved by his assists and rebounds.
Lebron isn't able to be a ball hog even if he tried. Other teams know his skill and intentionally guard him harder than other players because if they do not he WILL hog the ball and score tons. If he tried to hog it he would get double and triple teamed faster than he could even realize how bad he messed up. Also I think that Its Steph Curry because you can see how much he trains with Hus perfect form with all he does. He will not accept second best and that is what a MVP is. The best.
Lol I live 10 min from his house and 15 min from his high school. I've been a CLE sports fan all my life
Curry is the best player on the best team in the league, best player in the league? That is up for discussion. In the end I see it hard for anyone to compete with LeBron during the golden years of his reign... With that being said if Westbrook manages to single handedly pull OKC into the top 3 then he for sure deserves the MVP, although I would like to see Curry win it at least once.
not disagreeing bout Westbrook. he's a beast, always has been, he's having the same type of season DRose had when Rose was MVP. just saying though, the MVPs gonna come from a 60 win team. I'm saying Curry, coz he's doin great and the media loves him. MVP is a media vote btw.
Westbrook. 4 straight triple doubles. Idk he is making some noise on the MVP race. First player since MJ with 4 straight. 6 on the year!
Curry has grown his game over the past few years. I still think golden state could of won a ring with Jackson . Unfortunately , Social media controls the sports world in today's society . Curry will stay in the running if his team stays healthy. Harden , in my opinion , is playing championship basketball . I think the rockets are for real this year, if he stays healthy and playing at this level. Howard being out, makes hardens effort more appreciated and winning games will keep him up at the top of mvp voting. Westbrook is a monster. He's always been a master at his craft. It's no surprise to see him doing his thing with his brother , Durant out. I think that if they figure out how to stay healthy and play together for longer then half a season, Oklahoma will have their first championship ring soon. King James is not going to be in the MVP running this year . To many turnovers and they would need to grab 1 seed to pull it off. Not going to happen , even though the east is not to strong atm I can't wait till playoffs time GO BOSTON .. Did I say that out loud
Westbrook has god mode cheats on right now. He is unstoppable at the moment. Even though my gimpy Bulls "beat" him tonight
Why hasn't anyone mentioned Michael Jordan yet? I watched Space Jam yesterday and that man is on fire and is clearly the best player in the world right now. Surely Jordan is the MVP this season on that performance alone
