KaW: Blood of the Clans Backstory: In 1239 A.S. (After Spragga) The wheels of war were failing to turn, and the EB fairies didn't have to go into hibernation, even the horns of claydor and seals of the dead were in plenty. Their were no osw's and most shocking of all... No fights between Zaft and Apocalypse. However, these horrible non-farming days could not stand and so the high council men of the First Great Empire came together and thought of a plan. In the end they went with Nimda Wak's plan of creating strife throughout the clans so that they could put to use their new healing/money making technology called Health Crystals. (I know who could I ever be messing with right now, *looks straight at pet ape*) While, this worked good for the Council of the Empire, it did not work so well for the rest of individuals, especially for that non ape majority known as the rest of us. So, when Nimda Wak realized the weaknesses of his plan he panicked and called on the two non-apes he trusted most, Moose and Wulf! Now while both gave fairly good answers the one Nimda Wak chose was Wulfs because he thought he owed him one for making an EB guide for non apes... But that's a different story for another day. Anyways, what the Wulf had suggested was that the great Nimda Wak should make a tournament that any clan can enter, in return for all the things the loyal players, loyal clans, and loyal families had played for. And so the great tournament known as the blood of the clans was created. How it works: If your clan wanted to sign up you would simply have a recognized leader come forward and state that your clan will be competing in the tournament. Please provide a roster for who will be competing, no need for stats, if it's just your clan and your not bringing a sub or allied clan with you, you may just say something like my roster is just anyone in my clan right now! If someone doesn't want to compete or is just a guest please mark them somehow so we know. Once their are either too many players too account for or the due date has passed the battles will commence... During the battles: During the battles anything is allowed, this includes alliances, moles, Mith, whatever you think will help you win! If a clan is either stalling or prolonging the event with know chance of winning, the appointed council, or councils, made up of as much unbiasedness we could find, the stalling group will either be quick booted from the event or allowed to stay, however, they will be kept a close eye on throughout the remainder. The winner will be determined by the last man standing after every other team asks for cf on the designated users wall. Until a recognized leader of the clan asks for a cf do not expect a cease fire. Updates of this gigantic brawl will be coming out daily, most likely on a separate thread. So, basically to get first place you half to defeat every other clan in KaW in an osw free for all. Rewards: Of course, with dev support which I am hoping will come the prizes will surely be worth it. To give you an overview of exactly what I was thinking, the prizes for 1st place would be something like 15 crystals 200 Mythral. The clans to finish in the top ten will all get some type of reward, although it will be less. It would also be nice to see something like a custom banner or acheivment but I have no control what so ever over that. One thing that would be good to see is a plunder increase for the players in the event, since they will half to use a ton of resources to win anyways. Before I end this thread I'm gonna make a list of the rules/info about what's legal and what's not in this event. 1. All official alliances must be made before event starts, unofficial alliances can be made but you both can't have first. 2. The moderators of the events should be unbiased, so don't act like they're choosing sides, honestly you shouldn't half to worry about them too much. Unless your refusing to cf even though you have no chance whatsoever of winning. They would also need proof of this like you being completely stripped, and always dtw. So it's not like they're getting away with anything. 3. There will be a wall specifically for posting a cf/give up request which we will use too keep up with the clans who have lost. 4. Once your clan has lost, you cannot join a clan still in and re-enter again. This will be considered cheating and we might give a clan extra rewards for farming you. Hehehehehehe... 5. Once they have cf you cannot keep hitting them until either you are also out of the event, or they start hitting you while in it, in which case have fun! 5b. Rule number 5 doesn't apply if they were in an osw with this clan before hand. 6. Have fun! If you can think of anything that might help destroy potential exploits please share in the comments below. Re: Blood of the Clans I'm sure there is a lot of wrinkles to iron out by some more experienced/intelligent people than I, however the general idea sounds like its worth a attempt. I would imagine devs could make a heavy profit from a lengthy event like this. Only issue I personally see right off the bat is that many alliances/families osw strategies involve outlasting enemies with sheer determination or preventing the enemy from growing with the majority of kaw and thus rendering them less effective. This is done over a very lengthy time period so may need strict guidelines as to what constitutes a unbiased decision in event of no voluntary cf.

The events time frame i haven't decided and I'll probably need help setting a reasonable one, if anyone has advice for that, feel free to pm me. As for the strict guidelines on determining the auto cf, I've been trying to figure out some new reasonable that can be used to help with that. If anyone has any advice for me on that feel free to follow me or post your advice on this thread!
We already know that the big osw clans will win it because they have been saving gold for Strips for ages!
Well, a few of these big osw clans seem to be in OSWs at the moments using those funds they've been saving for ages. Btw it's quite obvious that a strong and devoted clan to OSWs will win, but there's not just first place, there is of course, second third fourth and so on. Also, I'm happy that a strong clan would win, I don't want to see some clan made 2 days ago win it all! Thanks for your feedback though

The devs would never give $100 worth of prices to each person in a clan for a player run event lmfao. For a full clan of players that'd be the devs giving $10,000 total rewards. Also, no one will cf.
To answer you on the 100$ thing, I see your point and it's noted, I'll half to try to re adjust that. To answer the no one will cf, please read the whole thread or look at it carefully next time. Besides that, thanks for the response. I'll make sure to think about a more acceptable reward.
Rewards are updated. However, they are always available to be changed until actual signup would start!
