You get 90 characters in the clan announcement. That's not nearly enough most the time. As for making all the admins message people... That's passing the buck. It's no less tedious. Spam? No respectable clan would push so many messages that it would spam your inbox. Even then, if you're in my clan you are at the mercy of any admin. You might want to listen to what the leader says or get out.
The ally thing... It's not possible to hold onto an ally under 100mill for an unload. It's a total bummer when a new player starts out not making any gold nowhere near max plunder. When I built a new account it was a major pain in my ass even though I was experienced in those ways.
