People can get banned for "post farming"? That's... kinda ridiculous.

I disagree, I find it very useful especially if there is a long OP to delete the rest, and keep that one section that you are replying to so that people don't have to go all the way back and read that part or figure out what you're talking about in the OP.

May have been said before, I don't know. Quoting the FULL op should be bannable. Quoting sections in order to respond to it shouldn't be, as long as the response is on topic and contributes to the thread
