  5. You are the only one that can appeal. Support does not deal with anyone other then you on your case.

  7. I have asked them before and they never even responded back  they closed the case without doing anything about it

  8. Sometimes you get unlucky and the reply can end up in your junk folder. Check there?

  9. They sent another email saying that the case was closed and I looked in my junk and everywhere else possible

  10. That means you blew it and there is no chance for an appeal anytime soon. Wait a few fonts and try again.
