I think during pve events such as the feather hunt and this past trophy hunt there is an major unfair advantage in these types of events and thats irl wealth, iv notice that in these events the top item finders always belong to groups that can afford to run 24/7 htes and have a completion time between 5-20 minutes As alot of players arent able to spend anything on this game, it creates a large distaste for event like this where the rich always get the most items in the end, so i was thinking that during these types of events there could be a set limit to the amount of item unlock ebs available to be started per 24 hours to help balance the playing field much in the same way xtal use is done Anybody agree with or support this?
Any event ran by the devs is most likely to benefit real life spenders. It is a sad reality, however, if ideas are proposed and get support by the community, it is more likely the developers will hear what we have to say.
The only way to stop HTE is for the entire kaw community to declare osw against all HTE clans during an event. In which the devs would most likely ban instigators of such actions for creating a disturbance to the game (TOU)
Why does this game exist? To provide entertainment or to turn a profit? Once you understand it's here to turn to profit you won't have to ask such a ridiculous question
How would such a cap work? Limit by clan? Players will just jump clans. Limit by player? Players will group together like the hte clans. Limit across the game? Then those fastest to finish will benefit and close others out causing completely new butthurt on the forums Buy 1 seal. Get a 5+ day pass in an hte clan and join in the fun. Dont buy a coke or two each day for a few days and its paid for
Yes...the devs would ban all of kaw you need to realize a majority of kaw hits a hte daily at some point, i know hte has damaged this game greatly in my opinion, but we just have to accept it at this point
I mean the top person had 15k trophies the 1000th ranking person had 1500 they could limit hte to be run in a single clan 8 times a day and say 1 or two seals a day per person
Both these limits would be easy to bypass. 12 people each dropping 2 seals in 3 clans and completing each hte in 45 mins with 15 mins EB startup would have them accessing 24 hte a day
I just find it annoying to see the same 100 people on the top leader board any time there is a event like this
I got top 500 with one seal, no crystals and ffa pots. My seal was won from a RotWB. I am happy. I got 1908 trophies. Play Smart not Hard. ;-)
Easy way to cap HTE...... Limit the amount of HTE that a person can hit.... Say we can only hit a max of 6 HTE each in an event.... This would fix the problem that OP is stating, But I really don't care about making it to the event LBs..... It's pointless if we have to spend hundreds of dollars to do so....
the money players are spending ;they earned it in rl by their talent they are simply reaping the rewards of hard work so no capping and u can earn money if u have talent don't talk like communists
Easier to not include hte or rotwb in event as item droppers, then those that want to grow quick can still run them, and those that want to participate in event dont have to buy their way to the top
I honestly don't know why this gets brought up every event. Or every week for that matter. If you don't want to spend money dont. But stop complaining about the people who do. You play your way and they play theirs. Ever hear the saying you have to spend money to make money. Well kinda the same concept for KaW. I personally hate that there's so many events but you don't see me complaining in the forums every time there's a new one.
