Re: rewards & ugs Vigor Wisps were from the past event and cannot be used to upgrade anything in-game wise. Psion was dropped from the Lure of the Hive. If you participated, the psion should still have remained in your inventory.
Crux Chest that you currently have will remain in your inventory. There is a chance of receiving more Crux Chests, but that is up to developers and how they would see it fit to implement it into an event or promotion. On the other hand there is a low chance of there being more Spy Glasses since they were placed so that players could catch up an lessen the gap that there currently is.
