Clan documents and website example

Hello kawaholics, I'm a long time player that ran several decent clans from eb clans to OSW clans, small to multiple family clans, some have been lb clans at the time, but I'm retired now, the following information is to assist new clan owners, ***please note I said I'm retired from KaW and not all of this information is up to date***, just showing what "WE" used to offer help, give you a jump start, countless hours get poured into KaW alone and running a clan, organizing a clan, getting things like this done can take up as much if not more than a full time job and be exhausting as well as overwhelming for the new owner, senate and or council. I hope this is useful to some who are just starting or have always wanted to run their own clan but didn't know where to start. There are two links, the first "kawclanguide" was our perm member site, and the second "clannameadmins" was just for our admins , we also had sites dedicated to our prospects and for recruiting documents, but these two below have all the information that was contained on the other sites. This isn't all my personal work and I don't claim it is, but rather a collaboration of knowledgable leaders and trainers from great OSW clans, some of the best alliances and leaders in KaW that I've had the privilege to work with and fight along side. The training section highlights are copied from live training done in pal, and that's how it should be used, you can ask that your members read everything but people have a short attention span and won't, you need to get them actively participating so you know they grasp these concepts, if they aren't willing to do that and you are a OSW clan I personally, and it was our clans policy to show them the door and direct them to one of your eb funding clans as that will better suit them, there is a place for all kawers and OSW isn't for everyone, what matters is loyalty and commitment as well as activity, but warriors especially new to OSW should be hungry for this information and actively participating.

FYI this website was all done on a iPhone with the "Webr" app and is *iOS device friendly* -not droid- for easy viewing. Would be very easy for anyone wanting to creat a iOS friendly clan website to just copy and past the info they desire from these pages. Webr does have a droid version also though.

Yo velveeta it's not a guide per say it's our clans documents and web pages, if it doesn't pertain to you then bug off mate ️

Not a forum warrior or wall warrior I fought through news feeds with actions, just laid out our info for anyone that can use it to save them some time or give them ideas for their own docs a pages
