What I understand.. 1) Spyglass is 'automatic' ie. the next land you upgrade is free.. Not like build tokens where you can choose which upgrade is free 2) So far it's likely that we all will get atleast 3 spyglass (1- self, 2- group, 3-Facebook event) 3) Abyss beginning lands won't be as expensive as last HF lands So.. If you have 4 HF lands left to explore, buy one so that the next 3 very expensive ones will be free.. Basically buy land now so that those autistic tokens will be used on most expensive lands... Am I missing anything? Are my assumptions correct??? Ty
On point man. I'll eventually get to the HF lands, but I'd think the Spyglasses will expire before anyone can get there.
My other question is WHEN will spyglass come.. Eg. If the group targets are met, will we get spyglass say tomorrow instead of when abyss lands come out??!?
Probably. That's not a word btw lol. I have a sneaky feeling that the day after spyglass runs out, prices will come down. I have 3hf left, not opening them yet. After new lands come out I'll stay on the 'best value upgrade' path
I was under the impression that the spyglasses could only open the new lands? I'd be happy to be wrong about this one though.
Lands didn't go half off, but prices of upgrades and building them did. If the same occurs with HF, I'll start upgrading again. If not, I'm happy where I stand now
Very logical Ashes, great job as always! I am in a different spot in the game, I currently have 11 HF unlocked. I have been told that we will be required to have at least 15 to unlock new Abyss Lands. So I am curious as to which three lands will be most advantageous for me to use spyglasses on. HF land 13, 14, 15 cost 75, 90, and 115 bil, respectively. Does anyone have any idea if the first three new lands will cost a good deal more?
Usually the first set of lands are extremely lower then those following in price value. So yes in theory, these spyglass will be of upmost benefit to those still needing HF maxed. Very good strategy op.
No.. Spyglass is to get a free upgrade of your next land (which ever your next upgrade is).. This is why a strategy is needed.. Big difference using spyglass on 450B vs 1T
Hotty... If I were you, I would get as much HF land explored.. (Forget about abyss.. Like Chaos said, the first abyss lands will be cheap) That way your spyglass is used on "most expensive lands you have to buy next"
i thought this would be a thread on peeping. i'm disappointed. you are right though. you need to make sure that the 3 most expensive lands possible are next in line when the spyglasses are awarded. (saddly i unlocked the next to last hf days before the event was announced. whine) if the last three hoarfrost aren't the next 3 lands for you, you need to be focused on buying lands. only lands. don't bother building on them. just unlock lands as fast as you can to raise the value of your spyglasses.
