Overpricing Allies

  1. So occasionally I have these thoughts, most of which I manage to suppress to stay out of jail lol, however heres my latest one...

We all know allies are becoming massively overpriced, primarily due to the hte gold influx. We also know new players are struggling to find mp allies when they first start

So how about we put a cap on allie values? An equation to be agreed on by the masses, where an allys value is limited to their cs

This will solve a great many problems...

    1. New player value limited to 5b so that there's always availability
    2. Accounts will no longer be bought for the sole purpose of transferring gold
    3. Statless accounts limited to 1b
    4. Those with massively overpriced allies will be forced to keep or drop, thus gold will disappear in the trillions
    5. Statless accounts limited to 1b for new players (not too hard a sum to achieve)

There are others, of course, too many to list and I can already hear the cries

What about stripping? Well this is a game altering idea, and stripping will have to wait

What about the trillions ive spent on allies??

    Well here's the crux.....

eveyones allies are dropped for them and the ally value reset to the agreed amount (full refund) and ally slots decreased to 50 so the big boys dont get the pick of the crop with their new found trillions

this thread is long enough, im sure the majority of you get the jist of it. Its open for discussion

  2. But this would mean having to put a lot of effort into growing reset bombs big so they have the desired effect when needed, not really sure if thats a good thing tbh

  3. Yes I know ive contradicted myself with the being forced to keep allies that are overpriced or having them dropped for you with a full refund. Just two different approaches

  4. Yeah there's a cat on the LB whose 60t  let's try to find a solution Devs.

  5. True shred, an unfortunate side effect, doesnt make it impossible though :)

  6. I agree, not impossible and i like the thought behind the idea as the ally market is getting ridiculous! but an ally cap may be too much of a game changer to implement, maybe if devs added some allies that are capped for mp purposes that are not actual player accts, that way we could all still make reset bombs/volley allies for quicker growth etc.. but there would still be some allies for new players

  7. But if everyone ops for a refund it could mean just a bunch of big players sitting on trillions. It could force players to attack them for money. Then before you know it you may have Kingdoms at War! Have you gone mad?

  8. it could work if its exponential, 100m max for new players but decent accounts(lets say 10m cs) can go up to 100T etc.

now u can still have reset bombs if u just put up a few buildings.

  9. Funny you should say that secret, imagine it, no more accounts that can only be hit by a handful of people lol

  10. There are no overpriced allies in a world with request and offer

  11. Yeah its insane. I don't think I could handle such a diverse world

  12. That would make for an interesting time, We could have a farmfest on the LB ツ

  13. I like capitalism. The market fluctuates and is dependent upon supply and demand. Rn, there is much demand and little supply. This dynamic is why I like games like this; it changes all the time. I am sorry, but what you are suggesting is a very socialist ideal. Those people that have the money should have the right to keep their allies and buy what they want. They have earned it through their efforts to become rich. We should not put limits because that would take away from the game, and would really hurt all of the people that have been loyally playing this game for years.

  14. How is it socialist? You still have to have the gold to fill 50 ally slots with 50 hfbc accounts, which is obviously the goal. The fact of the matter is prices are so inflated that its killing the game for new starters, fact

  15. If anything, this game is becoming elitist

  16. Its a little like playing monopoly and 3 people starting with 1500 and fourth with a few billion, just cos they can, and being surprised when they 3 that keep losing saying ' screw it whats the point? '

  17. This would make the problem worst, only thing would change is smaller peeps a be stuck with all the crap allies. while all the good ones be vollied up to out rageous prices, if peeps hard up on smalls having allies hire an fire one till its specifically priced for that Pacific noob to hire which wouldn't be a problem since its another way for clans to get loyal members

  18. How would they be volleyed up to outrageous prices if they are capped?
