Everyone has these fantastic adds for there clan that they post on everyone's wall, My clan is new and I have know Idea what to do for advertising, what's aloud and what's going to actually get me members. Can you give me your view of clan adds and what would attract you to a clan. I that would be really great Thank you
Two things: 1) find a good war clan and learn how to be an admin and owner from experienced people. It will be invaluable. 2) spell and grammar check. That was painful.
^those would be very helpful. But if you choose to not do those, you could make a thread for your clan, there is a great guide on the clans section. Also in there is how to run a clan.
Ok don't even try to run a clan unless you've got a lot of spare time and several friends you trust to be admin. You'll also need to know the game an it's mechanics pretty well. You account is pretty small and has no allies so I'm guessing you really don't know what you are doing. Be better for you and everyone else if you folded the clan and tried learning the game with a good clan first.
I believe the word you are looking for is "ads," as in, I can't stand all these ads. You used "adds," as in, poor English just adds to the complication of understanding a message.
Also... You've used "aloud," as in, I sang aloud to the crowd. The word you are looking for is "allowed," as in, I am allowed to do what I want.
Clan additions? :| So... (You) plus (No Grammar) plus (No spellcheck) plus (low stats) plus (No Admin or Powerful Position Experience) plus (Horrible Marketing) equals (Good Clan)...? I don't think so... :roll:
Why dont you just politely suggest to OP that they gain a lot more experience before they try running a clan rather than acting like idiots and putting ppl off the game? Oh and pulling people up on their grammar is just about the lamest thing you can do in an international game. Perhaps OP is not a native english speaker? Most people from america, england etc are too stupid to be able to put together a single sentence in a language other than their own.
People who typically use English as a second language mess up word placement, not word usage. Thanks for insulting both Brits and Americans. We have no reason to need another language, we speak the most commonly used language in the world.
Chinese is the most commonly 'used' language by the way. Its spoken by three times as many people. English isnt even the second most used, its behind Spanish too.
