I've read in several locations that there isn't enough allies below 1 billion for new players. I believe its because of drop vollying players. I've been doing it myself for a couple months. And even now I have to check multiple times a day in the 20k and below range to start a fresh volley.. waiting for a new player to pop up. Yes its unfair to the new players looking for allies to reach max plunder... At the same time though I've been told that volley dropping players is the best way to transfer funds. And it is. A possible solution to keep smaller allies in the market for new players is to introduce something like a volley token. Something we could purchase from the marketplace for 10k gold and volley it up to our own desired amount. When we are through, after 3 weeks, we sell for the same profit we would have gotten from an ally.... And the token disappears. Benefits would include and are not limited to: a natural re-saturation of small allies in the market for newer players, and no waiting for allies to appear in the 20k and below range.
If everybody would just stick to pvp or ebs like we should. And not volley transfer so much gold onto alts that usually don't even make it, the ally market would be fine. I blame BC players like yourself.
PvP and eb hitting are just two aspects of the game, volleying players and transferring gold is another. And there are many more different ways to play the game. If the game was supposed to be limited to only two aspects then other options (such as volleying) wouldn't be available to play
I'm not sure if I'm understanding right, but you want a token that we could volley up to any price, then it would sell by itself? I could volley it 10T with my alt keep all the profit then it would just give the 10T to my alt after 3 weeks?
Instead of volleying an alley to your 10t and dropping, you would volley a token and drop it. Same idea as an alley, just not an actual ally.
Support. No one would even hire allies above mp anymore if this gets implemented though, except for LB players of course. I could volley up 10 100b tokens with my alt and in three weeks 1t will be returned to me and alt makes a massive profit off of volleying, I could be bc in a few months like this without spending a penny. I guess the only problem is that this just increases more inflation, but, it would greatly benefit us none bc accounts.
Its an ally, but without it being an actual person. It leaves the weaker players to try and get a few allies, because we wouldn't be stealing them away.
How about to start on another price range? Like this you won't affect new players...you know? Those players you are pretending you are carring about. And how would be your tokens different than inactive allies? Maybe the fact that allies can be striped? Pansie much?
Or the devs could just give a spell to new people that give them half of max plunder for 2 weeks. This way they can save up gold to get an actual ally
Tokens wouldn't be different then inactive allies. They would just be tokens, without the stats. If two people could hire off each other then so could a third person. They would still be strippable.
How about all allies hired must be with in 75% of your ally price range for your account? Would stop bigs from volleying tiny accouts
Past history proved that devs consider volley transfer as an exploit. What exactly makes you to think that devs will implement something to benefit what they already consider an exploit?
I'm still looking in past posts to see where this was mentioned. If u have a link to quicken my search, it would be appreciated. Thanks
How about y'all stop making stupid threads like this one. We all have started like new players today what's new in kaw nothing, too bad if they can't find a ally save funds than buy its not rocket science.
you don't gain back 100%after selling an ally much like an ally as the op said you'd get back 66% the max percent you could ever get back on an ally
Well...there was a while when you was getting 60% refund if you was dropping an ally right after purchase. Now you need to wait 2 weeks to get the 60% refund. Ask yourself why this was changed.
No support. The effort and intentions are good though. the price range that is suffering isnt cause large accounts are volleying all of them up. the accounts themselves grow out of that value with in a day or to. i dont even know anyone that would help someone else with a volley that starts that low. just getting to 7bil can take can take a while. i also just dont see people using the tokens over allies, unless there was a decent profit to be made. there is also a lot of "on the down low" vollies, ally shuffling, ect... it would be a risk to try to do much with them. they would just stand out.
