Suggestions, yes. Realistic, i dunno.

  1. This thread is just thinking outloud.
    Hardware, software, do-dads, and whatchamacallits are not being taken into account, all obscure and unrealistic ideas and imput welcomed.

    -New player tutorial
    -Beginner clan quality
    -Low end ally market

    A 25-30 member sized sub clan. A sub claned that is linked/apart of the main clain's cc and roster.

    The members(new accounts is the idea)that are assigned to the sub clan roster spots would share cc with the main. Ca ? maybe it could toggle between the main and sub.

    Sub clan would run its own ebs, but would be restricted to only the first 2 maybe 3 teirs of ebs.

    This sub clan is not intended to evolve. its purpose is to fill a few possible roles.

    ~~new player tutorial/learning curve~~

    Current tutorial, other than showing you how to press buttons, is pointless. if the tutorial is static and the game is dynamic, then it should regularly be updated... not gonna happen.

    *The linked sub clan application opens new players to a wider range of experienced players. Kawers actually are a very helpful community, but it is a lot to ask of someone to go hang out in dead warbeast clan waiting to offer help to someone.

    ~~~Beginner clan quality~~~
    The quality is in the members, so why thin this quality when it is so needed.
    Owner, admins, and core members are already there and available.
    ~~~Low range ally market~~~

    Just having people with some gold available will help you capitalize on small oppertunities. new players would move beyond that dead area of the market in a matter of hours.

    ~~~Summary~~~
    The addition of an in-house sub clan should be very manageable and offer a much more suitable environment for new players.
    Sub clan restrictions are key to limiting possible abuse. Also, they cant out grow the new player base.
    tl;dr: i haven't read it yet either but you're free to contribute something.
    idea of your own of some constructive criticism, not gonna hurt my feelings.
    Ill concider proof reading this later. maybe.
  2. 1. There is a "new player tutorial" (it's not that exciting though) but they could totally make some better changes to it. It's on the wimpy side.
    2. Beginner clan; too many players, no one would be able to manage that many players in one clan. I mean people already have trouble running one clan with actual players let alone teach.
    3. Volley volley volley.
  3. I think the clans system could essily be changed, with the addition of a few more title (head admin, Co Owner) as admins can be untouchable if the owner isnt around, and a clan leveling up system? Example clans earn points for completing ebs and such, and could use the points for, stat % added, more clan slots, increased drop rates from ebs, you get the idea. This could make older and more prestigious clans have benefits, cause i dont think a LB clan should be basically the same as a noob clan and think clan customization bonuses would be cool !
  4. Maybe the introduction of clan networks? Clans that can join a clan network / alliance that has a max of 10 slots, and can have a new chat, such as alliance chat.
    But realistically i cant see the devs doing much more then releasing more promo events that encourage seal and crystal buying 
  5. im kinda interested in seeing it now.
    Maybe, but they definitely wouldn't be successful with a independent sub clan either in that case.
    there's really no negative consequence if it doesn't work out. they still have the option available and none of there members lost out on valuable time invested sitting in a low teir clan.
  6. i agree, though these suggestions of mine wouldn't be options an lb clan would use.
    these are geared towards mid lvl growing clans.
  7. I was just giving some ideas on possible clan revamp ideas, was kinda on topic 
  8. I defenetly support the new player ideas, I try to get real life friends to start playing. They quit within hours. New player clans are only good at certain times of the day, then the clan can't finish eb and they get discouraged and quit. Something needs to be done, especially around the new player max plunder problem. I'm even having trouble building an alt.
  9. ah, my bad. i was a little quick on the response.
    thanks for offering your ideas.
  10. the first few hours really should show new players that there is something worth being patient for.
    like a 10-15 minute fake ee war(optional).
    i actually like that idea.
  11. Beginner clans need a few mid to big players to succeed. Gold to help volley and to be able to move ebs along. Reckoning is a good eb just need a few big or mids on it. Let smas hit items and hit regens. More or less smalls need to be taught about items. Would be nice that family clans are connected so its easier to hop from clan to clan if needed. Co-Owner should be an option to kick admins if room is needed for an eb to complete or that admin causing trouble in your clan.
