In a PvP event cf agreements are out the window. Clans target clans, pure and simple. People ask who's got a sword or who's paying good shards and BAM you all go to work. Stripping would be the violation of a cf agreement, but hits.... It's a war game. Put on your big boy/girl panties and get em out of a wad. Politics are often times too prevalent in a game. Drop the chips on ppls shoulders and be prepared to be put in front street. If you don't want to be hit then opt out. Otherwise all targets are good targets.
A lot of my hits were in retaliation to incoming. And when that subsided, I would 4-20 tap the BL. Players responded. Some more than others. Warlor is a perfect example. We went at each other like an OSW at one point. Nobody cried. @Frog I managed to piss off a lot of people. Went from 1000 shards to less than 200.
Yea warlor came at us hard big respect Big ups to black hand I have only done ee before ty for helping me out in promo As to cf n allies it purge night have fun all rules down just don't take it to far like a 1t strip its not an osw it like a pro football team n there practice team go hard just not kill
good post willy. I do believe that in a pvp event such as the promo we just did, all cf and alliance should suspend for the event. But thats just my opinion, i dont have any say or sway as too what any clans or alliances do. I had a blast hitting peeps that would normally get me pinned and stripped.
I wasnt here for event, but I think if a clan declares osw because of hits during event, chances are they wanted a war either way.Or theyre just extremely butthurt over some hits.
personally i feel the event should be opt-in instead of optional opt out. Wouldve been a lot smoother. Secondly one of the most annoying things was having hands tied during event on which clans i could target because of all the osw alliances. I personally like the no holds barred mentality of the first day or two of the event. Also i think this event truly highlighted just how poor the current hit restriction forumulas are. People my size farming 15-20m players who could hardly hit back and top 20 LB players farming through top 1000 to top 1500 players just as easily. Definitely supported the event but it sure shows some improvement opportunities in the pvp of this game.
Sweet man boobs, willy. Pvp event is for s and giggles and not any kind of cf violation. End of story.
ppl will try to take advantage of the situation tho sayin its the event when in fact its some butthurtness left over from a previous osw. Its a tricky situation and could get ugly if that happens. But im all for another pvp event and i had a blast.
It really leaves you wondering. How many people did better because they pretty much had a free pass from hits from a clan/group of clans? and, How many people could of done better but they instead took all thoughs hits that would of been distributed across all larger player base? who knows..
The event was awesome. Their shouldn't be a opt in feature. It follows the fact that it's a war game and you should pay attention to upcoming events. "You don't opt into ev events it's automatic" so should pvp and only opt out if you can't attend the event. -maybe allow a day in advance to cast a opt out feature for the event I think shards should drop more frequently. I didn't do so good in the event because I couldn't ever find any one with shards and at that it was completely random on the drop. Their shouldn't be any spell to cast to keep hold of swords or shields. It would make it more fun if it was a pure fee for all on the equipment. Also. During pvp event if your in the event. Your allies shouldn't be available for hire. This can help from things getting out of hand. Also during the even raise the amount of xtal usage you can use. This can help with kaw sales And developers of the game. Make some real rewards that will make ppl want to play pvp event. When you do the same type of rewards as epic events of course PPl are going to want to opt out. Make this your special event and give us something good.
When event started BH made it pretty clear we didn't care who hit us. So we really didn't care who we hit. CF went out the window . But it made the event more exciting and didn't allow one person to be able to hoard all the shards . Also i support the opt out spell. Same way with eb hunts. A person can decide to not take part. So why not for pvp event? Those who prefer to eb and not fight should have a choice as well. Doesn't matter what the game name is called. It has been 5 years and things change. Ebs have obviously changed things. But i enjoy both aspects of the game, so i am fine with where kaw is today p.s. I rated kaw 5 stars because of the pvp event instead of 4.
I think the PVP event should happen SIMULTAENOUSLY with eb event. That way things get more interesting and people will have to choose one, or have enough time and strength to win both events. The pvp-ers can also disrupt the "eb fairies" game-play unless they "opt out". Im not quite happy with the opt out option, but I guess some people have their reasons to not war, some have RL issues that I respect, and some just like to play hitting ebs.. I guess each to their own. Great event but next time, pls give us a heads up? Thanks!
There should never be an opt out, or a PVP/EB only event. Events should be across both fields. If EBers want to opt out, they can stay pinned/dtw on the Eb. If they sleep, they are at war, just as they are today with their gold out. Its no different. Any PVP event should force EBers into hiding because they refuse to fight back. Its the way war works, and has on many PVP war games before KaW.
Show us the plunder/gold difference from magically "opting out" of EB promos. No one in their right mind farms battle list for 3 weeks outside of a clan simply to "opt out".
