System can't determine if its a battlelist hit or not therefore this would not work.

 

They wouldn't undertake something like that as it would require editing code that has had code built off of it meaning it would likely cause massive problems for everything and likely fail to work thus destroying the game.

That would cost money though. It's a good thought and needs tweaking but if it don't make dollars then it don't make sense.
