Ok, you're arguing over semantics. Underage is usually defined as a person under the legal age of something. Whether it be 16, 18, or 21. Oli is saying that kiddo was an underage moderator because he was under the age of 18. That is all. AJ is saying that at the time kiddo was a mod there were no age requirements so he was not underage. It's a simple miscommunication issue and one that can be cleared right up if you both agree to disagree.
