Active people don't need to be able to cast 5 rounds before their war. There is nearly no benefit, unless kaw just gave you a reminder. You have to look at it at a effort/benefit direction. There would be more inactives due to people signing up and leaving their phone on a shelf, but if they see the war and sign up then and there it is more likely they will participate. It would not bring more actives.
No Support. Things happen in one hour that prevents you from being able to war. That doesn't need to be multiplied ! What you suggest will increase inactives. Just set your alarm clock and take responsibility for yourself for once
No Support Would be hard to program and their is no real financial benefit for the devs to waste time on it.
