As far as i know the intent of TOU restricting 1 acct per device was to keep people from using "ILLEGAL" multiple accts on "JAILBROKEN" devices to violate TOU. If you have each acct linked to a device this shouldn't matter.

 

Hence why I called it a "gray area", it's arguable for both sides and devs have made no official statement.

Im pretty sure the intent of the TOU was to keep people from "JAILBREAKING" their devices to have "MULTIPLE KAW APPS" on one device  if youre using Puffin you wouldn't be playing through mult. KAW apps you wouldnt be playing through the app at all you'ld be playing mult. Accts. just like people do now and always have on their P.C. ...but troll your saying people did get their accts back after being banned? If this is the case then im reasonably assuming that what im saying is correct.

...as long as nothing goes wrong I'm pretty sure that within a year or so most companies will switch their tablet processors to the Core M

 

Your right, however not everyone can / will buy new tablets when they come out, especially at some of the prices they can go up to.

Losing 33 I refused to buy nobs to open all. I only used nobs to open 5! Rest I used only the key for 5000 gold
