Hello forumers, its Cas again with one more terrible idea. Kaw Q&A Day! Essentially, its just a day when the dev team (admin, community, and hopefully creative) all sign on and answer whatever questions the community may have for them, such as war and Off-System PvP, or new ebs and future events. We've all noticed the devs pass up a few of our questions in threads, and the answer may be they simply can't answer yet. This is a chance to get everything out there, and see what the devs return, which will hopefully strengthen the connection between developer and player. If this thread receives enough support, I'll be emailing ATA requesting that they set a date that works for them, and notifying us at least an hour in advance. Happy KaWing, Cas out.
Okay so how I see it is that I hate when the devs are in wc due to spam and it moving to fast. Nothing would get done in that 1day when you can barely read wc. Maybe have a week Cas so people could get use to them on the first day and questions can be really answered threw the week. Or 2 days. 2-7 days.
It wouldn't be in wc, the ads and spam would be too much. It would be one, two (or three) threads. If one, all the devs participating would be there. If two, each dev would have their own thread for the community to pester them. The third is for our absent forum king/queen, kaw_Creative. I dont have much hope they'll free him/her.
Re: KaW Q Creative will never be freed. :lol: but I totally support this, but the Devs would have to limit how much they give away, what fun is new stuff when we know months in advance?
Re: KaW Q I see it starting off ok I guess, but for the most part forumers are assholes and will ***** and complain about everything. Especially if KC, kaw, or KA doesn't answer their questions. Keep in mind theirs only the 3 of them, (not counting Kcr) but they'll be bombarded with dozens and dozens of questions not to mention accusations and insults from those not mature enough to handle a Q and A session with support/devs. Would be nice to get some "one on one" time so to speak and gain some insight though.
Re: KaW Q Agreed, but telling us what isnt happening and what may happen would be nice. Alot has been ignored and its difficult to say whether they just cant tell us yet or if theyre avoiding telling us its impossible.
My thoughts exactly Inferno. And i see it going downhill fast, but hopefully we get a few responses before the whiners arrive to ruin things. PB, creative is just awesome. As far as i know, they draw everything, have a large stockpile of funny gifs, and used to interact with the forum alot more.
Re: KaW Q I would love to see this but with a change. The forum is set up day one and questions asked. The the mods clear the crap and insults from the thread and lock replies accept from devs The devs them quote and reply to the proper questions in an orderly fashion. The thread could then be re opened for player response followed by a chance for devs to clarify. Once a month this would be a great feature and be involving of the devs with players again. Miss seeing red in wc.
An excellent addition to the idea chaos. Anyone else? The idea really requires community feedback and support.

The devs might not have planned that far ahead. I doubt they have releases set for the middle of next year already.
They did that with the last roadmap, and they are still getting flak because some of the things on there haven't appeared. No reason for them to add fuel to the firey hate they already get.
Correct, and the last roadmap has things that i believe they'll do. But the community feels they've taken too long, and so they get flak over it.
