[RESOLVED] Individual War #4

It appears the double KO issue is being experienced throughout these wars! Still nothing from the devs about this

 

War #5 experienced double KO's, troop bar went blank, and being forced out of sko. Have written to ATA support site and feedback. A 'Steve' is looking into it and will revert...For now am keeping away from Indy's

 

I did report it to support and nothing no compensation only a generic response it's hard as it is tracking. It's worst if the info is wrong and you think you will win so strategy changes that how these wars go
We depend on what we see in cc cause that is the only way it can work. This needs to be addressed we like wars but fix it
Compensate would be good as well

 

War 5 issue has been more than 24hrs now. Still no response....

My god first time I read this it was the same for both teams those who won haven't been moaning a EE lvl 50 mith and spent mith back is more tthan most of you would have got if you won but you probably wouldn't and your using this as a excuse to get something for nothing. I wared team got switched last 15min I WCd we won. I'm more than happy with the compensation. You didn't need to be given anything one of the first time the devs have been good to us

 

i was complaining last week and we won.

The issues were crap.

Devs we want a response. I dont care about compensation. I want an explanation as to why this is happening and if there will be a fix.

 

I'm still waiting to be compensated for my dozens of complaints..

 

i have sent no less than 10 feedbacks. I havent even recieved a "plz contact support" message.

Its crap.

and what about the issues that happened in war 5? The Several auto-ups after unwanted right after sko? Or the double sko in 2 second? We still waiting refund. We wasted xtal mith and Time. And a big bug happened i never seen that.

This doesnt affect a Australasian players because you do not provide wars for our timezones.

Oh how I wish this thread was relevant to more players.

I am keeping track too. Issue raised and posted on 12th Nov and waiting for progress report.

 

No acknowledgement of this issue and it has affected ppl with chests ee etc.very poorly handled

 

Well the devs decided to provide solution first to the most recent system failure in war 12 before putting any effort to resolve this issue in war 5. Outstanding !

My god kaw_comm is lazy. How much copy and paste? Limbs of the Laborer? How many events ago??? It's nearly as bad as the event pages...
