If this concept had been written in a longer thread I would've probably supported this but then on the other hand mith wasn't made to be available to everyone, it was made for the people who earn it through wars. And a bump in the limit that low wouldn't affect anything, they only spell it would allow access to is the plunder spell that costs 12. Other than that the equip is 100 at the lowest I believe.
