On the other side, you would be best off having this thread deleting and making a new one supporting players under the age of 18 to become moderators, IMO.

Benny its mainly about more power in the KaWmunnity AND younger age. Purely player opinion on who gets the position and not just the Apes reading a Application out of thousands.

I'm sure Moderators get hate on a daily basis. The JMods must have thick skin and be able to react in a good way. That would be in the variation of application that the ATA Team would send to the candidate.

I withdraw my support. Tierring mod positions won't work, Forum mods and game nods. We all witnessed it. Junior mods and normal mods seems like a repeat. Even though Benny was blatently rude ealier, I got to agree with his point of view.

I'd suggest that there be hidden moderators. There jobs would be to report silences to the actual mods by means of an "inbox" system. The moderators can then do the appropriate action.
