after four month of inactivity?

  1. Four month or more, its just a maybe, i was looking at allies list, searching an ally for cheap, but good stats, and i noticed (almost sure I'm not the only one) that under a certain price, MANY accounts ran inactive for a VERY long time, my idea as simple as it came, was (if developers can find a way) could be to sent within the 4 month from the first day of inactivity, send automatically a message of "activity ask" like for example: "1st advice on the activity for this account" until something like the 4th, and within the 24 hours or so, next the last advice, a simple erasing of the account, cleaning the game from the oldest inactive players that won't evolve nor enjoy the game anymore.
A simple idea yet maybe a good one, maybe not, more specifications could be added or more terms for it to work, to players choice and/or developers mood ;-)

  2. Some people leave the game for a lot longer than 4 months. And how would the game tell if you actually went inactive compared to sleeping or taking a vacation?

  3. So you're saying get rid of dead accounts? They already do that with non-pro account after 6 months of inactivity. They reset the account on you, so watch who you hire.

  4. What if u were to be deployed over seas? That doesn't seem right to be reset automatically

  5. I do not support this at all. Especially if a player has spent ANY money in the game. Like on a pro pack or even nobs or xtals really. Who are you or the devs to determine how often a person has to play? If I put money into the game then I think I have the right to play 24/7 or once every 2 years.

  6. its just a maybe, i dont expect that its complete and totally working , the main idea is there, the game already knows what to do with old accounts but it wouldnt be bad to warm the players that own it

  7. so comes the advices, to ask kindly if the player may simply play again

  8. perhaps creat a "i am going to be inactive for --/-- period of time"... so the hypothetic automatic advice system won't touch the account for that period

i didn't considered the money part of the game, i do agree that the players that spent money in kaw have the right to play like they want, but you do what you want with your money (not you specifically) its for other players, to avoid waking up one morning checking the game and see that two allies disappeared because of inactivity

  10. at NICKOtheNINJA:
that enter the "your going to be busy" case, witch leads to "i am going to be inactive for..." hypothetic buton, but concerned players idea are welcome at this point :)

  11. No as there is a problem for new players that there isn't enough inactive accounts to hire. Making it hard to grow

thank you for the detail, i didn't knew what
was the actual actions from the game toward the players and maybe 4 month is to short... for all. so i think the time and the warning messages can have a more detailed schedule

  13. And if this shows publicly like on a profile people could use it for farming

  14. at Abyssdragon:
i think i answered you for your first post in my other answers, yet it doesn't have to be visible to other players, it has to be personal

  15. Oh ok didn't see that. Thanks for the clarification

good point... there wouldn't be much more allies for starting players... i am a little clueless toward this... if anyone find better rules or ideas or a solution for that... it would help.

  17. Just remember i am a player that watch the game from the eyes of a Player, i do not know or claim to know how everyone is enjoying he's/her time in the game.

  18. maybe, also maybe,a possibility of recovering a closed account... but on this point, i am not well informed on what can be done...

  19. resuming the idea point by point to see what is good and what can be changed in that inactivity search:
the limit could be a 6 month before erase,
the erase would not happen before 3 or 4 automatic warnings such as "active playing check" or "no activity has been detected on this account for 6 month, it will be erased in -/- period of time" (in the time when warnings are sent, where no more activity is detected)
a button can be created in the settings to give the account a period of time considered as pause from the game and not inactivity,
the accounts that will be concerned are those that are meant to quit definitely the game,
all the warnings would be private so no farming will happen because of the previously called warnings,
Thats normally all but is not definitive, its also just an idea to clean very old accounts from the game, it can be changed to fit most players needs, or simply be forgotten.
The part that concern mew players trying to buy cheap allies to grow, that in most case run inactive can be solved since they can have an ally for at least 6 month before it desapear, i believe 6 month are enough to grow and buy active allies. If anyone wants to take part in this, all ideas are welcome, but the developers remain free to do or to not do something about it, contributions for better rules could make the opinion change, thanks to all in advance and happy kawing :)

  20. Until we develop a good mechanism to lower inflation ally deletion is not a great idea IMO - unless you lower the return rate
