Re: PvP/New Lands/New EQ Im glad you brought up both points because I forgot to touch on them in my OP. First, the only way to be able to cast for the PvP mode is having the mage unlocked amd also a certain amount of buildings up. Unlocking the mage is eeeaaasy now. Second, when your battlelist is generated only people your combined strength are of the 10 to fight. Just like the iWars now where everyone is pretty much the same size. That way you dont have an imbalance of power and itll make people hit others they normally wouldnt.
Re: PvP/New Lands/New EQ @BRIM I do think the tier based rewards is good. The league thing I kinda thought was to have a stucture to advance in and adress a few things that can be problematic. The matchmaking and exploiting by signing up accounts to be dummies. The matchmaking will allways be discussed and althou the system should match builds of similar CS as much as possible having a few leagues (Im thinking five), then better players will face eachother at the higher levels and opposite in the lower. Im not thinking a comprehensive system, just enough to separate different players a bit. Regarding trying to fix matches with dummies the league system also helps as its some work to maintain dummies in the higher leagues. Lets face it, ppl will try to exploit it. So, then one can argue that then low CS will be in low leagues and high CS in high leagues. To some extent that is true, but the individual pvp strength will be a significant factor. And with the population in kaw it wont be a problem as the higher league will have lots and lots of ppl in it. And frankly I think that ppl that have invested years should have a better chance at higher rewards than someone that have played a month. Long post bout leagues, it was just a quick idea when I read yours. Im sure it can be implemented with a good tier based reward system I hope your idea will get attention.

Re: PvP/New Lands/New EQ In regard to the Battle List, the Developers have stated that they are unable to segregate Battle List participants from the general population as the platform is currently designed. I think it is time to consider replacing the Battle List with an opt-in arena-type area where we can properly incentivize Player versus Player combat. I like the idea of casting a spell to join or even signing directly into a separate Battle List area for a set period of time. Maybe have a 12 hour general spell and an extended 24 hour spell that provides a buff (to reward players for their bravery). Under this system Kingdoms could be matched randomly to prevent collusion and all manner of random drops, equipment and new achievements could be rewarded. PvP is just more fun when all participants are willing and eager and an opt-in mechanic accomplishes just that. No interest in more lands or more materials to collect though, let's table that discussion for a year.

Re: PvP/New Lands/New EQ I love this.. And with ind maybe have it count as 2 if they aren't over x number of (won) stacked wars.. As thats pretty much what the clan set wars are now.. I'd love it if everyone had to work to have the best not manipulate the situation to screw the people that don't have the funds or lesser morals.
