  4. Buy them.

    The only other option is to do quests. Every successful quart has a 2% chance to drop 1 nobility point.

  8. None of my quarts had crystals in them. Only milk. Maybe if I put them in the freezer?

  10. Some drop crystals as rewards for completion. However, on every successful quest, there's a tiny chance to get a crystal. I've done abut 2500-3000 quests and gotten a crystal drop twice.
