see, so dev only reset those non-pro pack just cause they didnt spend any money? how is this game free? all i only wanted was my account back. =(
They don't reset pro pack accounts for a reason. If you spent rl money and suddenly after coming back your account was gone, wouldn't you be mad?
Just buy a pro pack they so cheap go to store buy a itunes card save your lunch money if your a kid or something and you'll be there in no time
And so u meant that players playing for close to a year 12 hours a day without spending any money wouldn't find it mad if their account is reset? How much effort and time waste to try to get to the same level as those money spender. Not everyone is rich to spend money on games.
Well this sucks. I'm about to lose billions. (I know this isn't that much to some of you, but I'm still relatively small.) People are so rich these days that they volley new players way over what I can realistically obtain. Therefore I can only buy inactive accounts. I see no reason why we can't receive a 100% refund. If you could explain the logic behind basically forcing me to lose billions I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
Basically. Dev is only taking sides with those who spend money on this game. I don't blame them though. It's where their salary comes from. Just blame it on ourself. For not being able to spend money in games. And if I knew having propack would enable u to return to game after 3 years of inactivity. I would definitely buy it.
Friendly reminder of a previous proposal. As this is a dev controlled action not a player controlled action. Why can you not refund the full purchase price. The lb control the active ally market. The new players especially suffer by your actions in these resets and it does no harm to the game what so ever to have the price refunded only in the case of developer reset accounts. Or at the very least change the percent to 25% loss inline with bb to reduce the impact. You made a game where players need allies for plunder, there can only ever be a 1.1 active player to ally ratio meaning you force players to hire in-actives. At least help out the players a little in this very small request in the grand scheme of things.
Sorry, I don't think it is in your best interest to take 40% of the gold (albeit fake gold) that some put real money into making in order to hire allies. That gold is earned by playing and investing real money in your game and not yours to take as you please. If you reset inactive accounts, then I believe it is prudent that you give those folks a FULL refund of the value of that ally whom you choose to reset...
4 pages of comment. Not a single dev or mod spoke up. Instead the other thread I posted got lock up with just a answer no. Well done. I couldn't even ask the reason why. I guess spending money is really necessary.
It would be best to email support for your answer. Unfortunately accounts that have been reset are non recoverable. thats all the info i have. Support can explain the why part.
