Hello devs, I found a simple solution for reducing amount of unwanted participants (freshly created accounts with no mithril, inactive players etc) The solution is very simple to program and implement... ------> Create a new spell which will replace WoC for individual wars with a new spell that would cost 6 mithril to cast. TL DR: Individual Wars spell similiar to WoC that would cost 6 mithril.
As an option: 6 mithril would be refunded at the end of war if war participant casted at least 7 mithril worth of spells
10 mith? What the hell? Honestly though. What??? How do you expect people to be able to start warring then? Might as well stop wars if you're going to do that. No one new to warring will be able to war. There's a buying cap of 6. The only option the have would be a clan ee. No clans would take them because let's be honest, they would probably be considered "suck ass" if they haven't ever warred before. That would make it so the only ones participating are the ones that have warred before(or were old enough to leech Tvp or buy before cap). Great idea. You just killed wars.
6 ? I don't know which is better.... Using 18 miths, spells included, then risk to lost a lot of them, or use only 12 but I can easily buy the miths I lost ?
So now it would cost 20 mith to war instead of 14? That's a bare minimum of 8b a war. Excluding pots. Mind you, that it would most likely be double or even triple the price depending on build size. Do you really want to gamble 24b worth of mith for your first war? Tbh, I don't care about the statless warring with the SH. It's what you get for having a crappy exploit build. Grow.
Jac, I do believe that if player is not able to afford 10b for the wars they are not ready for wars anyways. They will be to new to war and should concentrate on growing a bit more before joining wars. But the 6 mithril spell will eliminate most of those inactive ones. They simply will not cast if they going to lose gold.
