Yes, the same refunds apply wether the ally gets dropped, resets or gets reset by devs for inactivity. 60% max after 15 days of ownership, around 4% per day if less.

Say you have a 1T ally what will its price be when you drop it?

 

It depends on how long you keep the ally. The max you would get back is 600b. That's after 60 days of ownership.

Price goes down 25% on initial drop. Unaware if there is change on successive drop after 3 days no ownership.

You can use Wulf's Guide to determine stats based on buildings.

10 lvl 5 hf def towers would give you 6,774,220 static defense.
10 lvl 5 hf spy def towers would give you 6,240,120 static spy defense.
