Voteing out clan owners

I would say there be a way to just contact devs to change an inactive owner

Um dummy, if there is an inactive clan owner and you email support, If 3 or more admins vote a certain person in, they are owner...

If leader goes inactive that's their own problem, make a new clan

 

I agree with wink. Just start a clan and wall/pm your clannies to join. Get admins of old clan to change clan info page...and move on. Pretty easy way to address the challenge that actually will bting your clannies closer together.....then farm the old owner: )
