new spell

  1. Ok I believe we need a new spell this is what it will do

    Cost: 1 mith
    It cuts the time in 1/2 for army regeneration for 6 hours so instead of waiting five minutes you only wait two and 1/2 minutes I think this will be a improvement to the game for Ebs and yes I know it will be abused no need to say that everything in this game is abused. This way people can take out Ebs faster and get more plunder
