No Support, ToU Is Not That Hard To Follow. You Get 3 Chances As It Is And By Your 2nd Silence You Should Learn Wrong From Right
Follow the rules you wouldn't have to worry. You get two strikes, third your out. It's a simple concept. Devs are fair in regards to rules.
Getting a 2nd silencing only shows it was deserved or at least strived for. ToU keeps morons away when their sole purpose of demonstrating their ignorance or total disregard to civility was the motive.

To translate roughly: I was thinking, why does this game feel the need to permanently silence paying customers? They pour time and money into this game. And then I thought, why do those who have been perm silenced the obligatory thre months or more and have appealed get rejected?
This is a rare case. This player silenced should try to appeal to the devs. However, a majority of silences are simply bypassing the filter, where there's no question of whether the silence is justified.
