What is the point of having seven guns per person? That is an irrelevant fact which proves nothing. And most military forces would be armed with WMD's that could just wipe away the population anyway. Also where are your sources coming from? Because if there truly is 7guns for every person in america... Wow thats awful.
I get what you're saying OP but why not for strips sake we say that the 10% (andriod)/ last 2 hits (idevice/pc) are able to be assassinated so when in a OSW or 1v1 that stripped player can be pinned so that they dont lose as much gold as hoped for. We all know that if we could attack with troops continually it would help wipe out the targets gold faster than stealing it. Then again that 10% is just a 5 minute regen which when stripping is all it takes for the target to be available for steals like it is now. So the target if not being closely watched and pinned would be open for attacks equally as steals as long as the 20% (for idevice 3rd regen/15 minutes after dtw or 0) it is now or longer. So for those that got lost in my drunken ramble its exactly the same mechanics but you can attack without fear of DTW unless that person is allowed to be pinned via assassinations.

When your talking about the number of people in the USA who know how to fire. Your forgetting some very important things, logistics for one, an invading army would all be In one place, or at the least multiple concentrated places, so if your talking about civilian force vs invading force then I'm sorry. But your MAJORLY wrong, civilians would be inclined to defend their own property, especially American civilians, therefor there would be a spattering of resistance vs a concentrated fully trained force.. Sorry guys but face facts, yes you would stand up to invasion better than most countries, but your far too widespread to offer effective resistance to a trained force. What a stupid debate. There would never be a need for the Amercan civillians to defend against an army. Any army that tried to make it's way to the US uninvited would be sent in the other direction quickly. They have the most powerful military in the world..
The constitution exists for American civilians to be able to defend themselves vs their own army aswell, so theoretically.. It wouldn't have to be a foreign army.

What's with all this civilian vs army talk? Let's get real about it, 1. The British army would never invade the US. 2. The US has bases located everywhere around the world, and that definitely doesn't fall short of their home land. They would be met with a force before they even got half way through their trip across the Atlantic. So why even talk about a civilian army against an armed force(by the way, they've done that before). Now what's with this whole "make it so troops don't fall below 10% when being attacked" thing? in most cases, your troops don't fall beneath 10% when being attacked because you become DTW at 20%. Unless you know someone who takes out more than 1/5 a bar each attack.
