Do you have 12 hours a day to run the clan? Can you dedicate most of your time to helping new players and old get the most they can from the game? Can you answer every question thrown at you and complete ebs continually? Last ones a no. Then they won't come. Best advice. Join a top tier clans sub. Learn from them how they motivate and treat members. Learn every aspect of the game. Do some osw and wars and ebs. And then you might be ready to run a clan. But it's damn hard work. Be ready for that.
