Many players complain about the mage failing on enchanting equipments. For me, 9 out of 10 tries end in fail which is quite disappointing. Looking at the mith equip which can't actually fail when you enhance it (except the very first ones) there should be a way to (at least) lower the fail rate of the mage on the eb/event equipment you enchant using aqua and inferno. So I though of a system which is equal for all players and had the following idea: For every aqua used in an enchant the mage will get three experience points (xp from now) and for every inferno he will get one xp. E.g. you enchant some equipment using 2 aqua and 2 inferno. This would add 2x3+2x1=8 xp to the mage. When you reach a certain amount of xp your mage gets a level up which lowers the chance of failure. It is not important if you succeed or fail an enchant. The xp will always be given. According to this here a table how it could look: Level xp needed for next lvl % of fail decrease 0 20 0 1 40 10 2 65 10 3 90 5 4 120 5 5 160 5 6 200 3 7 245 3 8 290 3 9 340 3 10 390 3 11 450 2 12 510 2 13 565 2 14 620 2 15 680 2 +1 750 1 +1 means every further level needs 750 xp and adds 1% on the failure lowering rate. Of course the decreases add up which makes a 60% lower chance to fail than usual on level 15. If you earn more xp than you need to level up it will add to the next level requirement. E.g. you are on lvl 0 and have 18 xp already and do an enchant that gives 5 xp. You will do a level up and have 37 xp missing for the next level then. I hope you like this idea! If you have questions left or want to tell your thoughts feel free to wall or pm me or post below this
I kind of support this but then there should be a way that the rate of failure also gets bigger if you have like lots and lots of xp cuz it would be too easy, also its not fun if it doesnt fail cuz as soon as u get a piece of equip u know it will be lv10 very soon
Thats why the required amount of xp continously goes up. Makes it much harder to get the higher levels.
Another possibility of course would be to stop at a fail decrease of 75% (which would be level 30) and still leave 25% of the remaining fail rate (if the chance of of fail and success is 50:50 atm it would leave a 12.5% fail chance when fully leveled)
No, you have to learn to pace your self when enchanting, I for one have NEVER had a equip fully reset on me.
Why can't you just do what everyone else in kaw has done? Just deal with it. Gosh, some people act like their so special that they need to be pampered to play a game. The people in the past didn't have it, so you shouldn't have it either. Fair and square
I tried to enchant my exo armor last night....It failed several times & I wasted 50 inferno & 37 aqua in few minutes...I support this guy...Plz consider his idea & improve it....!
.... And how exactly are the devs gonna make money doing this? Devs won't waste manpower on ideas with no monetary gain.
I think it's more those endless fails on mage than the buildings that make ppl get crazy. Having a better enchanting system makes the game more addictive for players. More players -> more money. Would be one good update between all those lousy upgrades that make ppl leave kaw.
Support. Even for devs this idea could be good becouse they can earn money. Just think how many kawaddicted will try to max their mage buying inferno/acqua...even those with tons of inferno/acqua if the last levels of mage will be enough tough to level. So, it seems a win-win idea ;-)
I like this idea as well, let's educate out mages and stop their dyslexia please. Thank you for thinking about this, hope it makes it to the product backlog
Angel- If u don't support then don't waste ur time in reading threads ...Bcoz it doesn't matter to u how many enchantments get failed...U guys don't care abt bfa & growth
