Yah I've been a little at a loss that as you upgrade plunder builds in HF , you actually lose plunder.

Devs, can you explain something to me? I am a relatively small acct. You just made a new thread about "Beginners at War" how do you expect us small account to ever become build complete? This gap you have just created is absolutely absurd. The only way to HFBC before was HTE's, so what next? You don't make enough money from seals and horns? I don't understand why you would release this for the minority of KaW instead of the majority who have/are protesting this. There is no way new players are going to stay at this rate and now older accounts are going to leave by mass amounts. So to my original question.... Why?
Assuming lvl 4 is 250B and lvl 5 is 300B Its gonna be 950B per building. 5,254B + (25 x 950) = 29004B so over 29 Trillion to complete HF alone.
