Give them speakers the moment they start so they could post on wc without spending nobs.

 

Or we can teach them to osw and not be EB fairies .... Lol

 

Then we should have a veterans at war spell too to help these players recognise our expertise in the game already...

Perhaps you'll include an invulnerability spell during that time, so they can't be attacked by others within their hit range? This will allow them to get comfortable before they start getting incoming

 

Can I have that spell too so when I sleep I can cast it? One spell to distinguish them is good enough.

its great idea but i see one problem with the spell farmers will attack newbies because they are new and newbies will think its ok to farm others newbies then that would lead to a lit more osws

 

That's not a problem that's a bonus. It is OK to farm, it's not kingdoms at Epic Battle. Especially if they are farmed first.
