I like the new color for their name. Too many people claim to be new and ask for volleys only to reset as an attempt to troll, granted you can just check their loyalty achievement... But much quicker with a name color!

I think you should make a new chat tab for beginners.

It should also be open to Valiant Knights as well, so they can help. Yet, I think after 7 days they would be moved into WC.

There aren't enough VK's to pull this off. Remember when mods kinda sorta had this responsibility?

 

I have this feeling that people will make alts to have fun with the gray coloring...

Well, normal people should also be able to use it.
Maybe not necessarily a new chat tab.
Maybe a new notification section that just uploads with names of new players and links to their profile.

 

People get hooked to this game by the relationships we form right?

You should include in the tutorial how to open wc, and all that to make it very easy for them.

Maybe have a clan bonus for having a member in your clan that's less than 7 days old. ️ yes this can get abused, but would be fantastic for new players to get hooked easier

 

There aren't? Weren't there like 20 of them? I know some of them are mods, I would count that too.

But still the beginner chat would be a big help to knew players, and the vk's shouldn't be the only ones, they should be a more broad selection of helpful players that way there are plenty of helpers to go around. Just my thoughts

Here should be a sponsorship were you basically give 1 bill to the new player. Once the player Low land completes you get a reward of 5bill. This makes the game competitive and people will try to get the incoming players to grow quickly.

 

It's an attempt to teach players I like it

Devs, giving them the colour GRAY doesnt give the attention new players need IMHO..

Please give it some brighter colour, and preferably some new colour that older players cannot cast. There are bound some misleadings in the future because we all have gray to cast..

Make it rainbow! 
