I think he has links provided on the first page. They aren't all grouped together by tier though.

 

I can see t6 lvl 1 on pg 11. But no other levels. And there are no links to t6 on index page.

I played a few years ago and today loaded the app again and it wouldn't let me use my old account, but when I made a new one I still had all the achievements from the old account. How can I get my old account on this device? I don't have a PC anymore, just Apple products.
