Ive noticed a moderately high number of eq drops going to barely actives in epics. Have brackets of activity. Example for say a 12 hour epic battle: 1-50 actions=1% chance for drop 51-150=2% chance for drop 151-300=3% chance for drop 301-500=4% chance for drop 501+ =5% chance for drop. Obviously this would be just an example and allow anyone to still have a chance to get drops. Another possibility is increase chance for drops per action by a fraction of a % Both would encourageactivity and reward higher activity better than the one bar wonders who vanish after an unload. Any suggestions or feedback?
Ok I think this is already implemented? The more attacks you have, the better chances you have? If I'm wrong, then support.
Then why do we have most drops seeming yo go to low action counts more than high action counts? Ive talked to a number of eq hunters many see the same trend.. and looking through a number of non unlock plunder lists reinforces its full random
No it isn't already implemented Each attack has a % chance not a % chance increase for more actions Eg. A guy who has 1000 actions in an eb does not have more chance than a guy who does 100 Why you ask? It's because each individual attack has a % chance that doesnt increase or decrease due to successful actions. You may think I'm wrong but it's true
Ive looked through numorous clans ranging from reck to smoke signals and see countless drops near bottom of plunder list. Watched 5 actions get hooves and all 3 banners off a reck while 5 people over 500 didnt get one all 5 needed at least one. Second from last tvd in home clan had 3 cloaks drop 22 actions and 66 actions smoke signals ive seen a number of people under 200 actions get scrolls while a handful got scrolls over 200. Acc gs ds fod nq i could go on through the lists
This is already implemented. However it is all percentage based. On this account I'm proud to say I got my FOD sword, known to be hard to get, on my first fod with 1 hit... All percentages!
I've noticed that on CTT. Like you max xtals 20 times and get no drop, then you look back on those and see people with 40-60 actions with the damn drop.
No Someone who does 10 actions basically has the same chance as someone who does 100 actions Each action is % not the amount if actions you do
