My idea is that we have silver and gold bars, as bronze are only 33 mil to buy and you get 22 mil back when you sell a 66% return. I would think silver bars could be 100 mil and gold bars 1bil to buy with the same 66% return. They could be used for some equipment upgrades and drop from ebs just like bronze bars do. It's just a thought nothing more, happy kawing
Firstly, 30 mill to buy Secondly, no just no. There are enough ways to enchant equipment. It'd be nice if bbars had a bigger use but since they dont, then gold and silver bars would be, without a use, additionally so i'd have to place myself against said proposed suggestion
Good spot on my mistake and fair enough. As it has already been suggested might as well lock this one down. Thanks for the comments it was my first forum.
Because Gold is the currency we use now, kinda stupid to waste Gold to get gold, eh? And the mith is pretty much magic silver.
The main point was we could bank gold faster and bronze is a bit dull of a dull colour (in my opinion). This is my last post on it if anyone wishes to comment further post on my wall please. I agree that it probably won't improve the game adding more bars. Thanks again to everyone that took the time to read this and those that commented as well
getting 75% back, 30 mil to buy, 22,5 is what you get back, a little more maths, no offense, so silver bars 100mil to buy right? so 75 mil back? a lose of 25 bil or 7,5 hmmmm hard to choose, wait there are gold bars of 1 bil, 750 mil back, a lose of 250 million, i dont think anyone would buy those "silver bars" or "gold bars" if you ask me :S
Perhaps if higher quality bars returned a higher percentage? That would be useful. Useful enough to implement I haven't a clue but useful.
Still, if you lose more money by selling other types of bars, why would you buy them? maybe its a nice thing for smithing to have other types of bars, but not to store money if you ask me
